During his 19 year career as a global HR Executive for Eli Lilly, he led groundbreaking talent initiatives, from staffing global start-ups to developing high-impact international leadership programs in Argentina, Brazil, Singapore, China, Taiwan, India, Mexico, & the Middle East. He also served as Executive Director of Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business Career Center.
Noel founded Gold Medal Careers & Consulting in 2018 and has since coached & mentored students & professionals worldwide, delivering innovative, holistic career & culture workshops at Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, Notre Dame, Marian University, Purdue & Indiana Universities, & Rochester Institute of Technology.
With over 30 years of experience spanning human pharmaceuticals, animal health, global human resources, & corporate social responsibility, Noel brings a rare blend of strategic insight, cultural fluency, and hands-on leadership to his career development methodologies.
Brad Redman

Completing a successful leadership career with Eli Lilly and Company, Brad was regularly in roles requiring executive leadership, supervisory and peer coaching. During his career as an independent business consultant Brad continues involvement in executive coaching for senior leaders in the non-profit, private equity and government sectors. Brad served as a career coaching instructor in the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University.
Brad partnered in starting a non-profit designed for urban youth combining sports interests in baseball and softball with a commitment to academic success, college prep, wellness and career coaching support.
Brad draws on his education background with a B.S from Purdue University in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Indiana University with a concentration in Organizational Behavior.

After serving as partner at Deloitte & Boston Consulting Group, Hemal joined Amazon Web Services leading the firm’s global strategy practice for various government sub-sectors. He is currently a professor, leader in residence & executive coach at Georgetown University’s Walsh Schools of Foreign Service and McDonough School of Business, and professor of policy and finance at the University of Maryland.
Hemal is also the founder of IMPACT: Inspire Meaningful, Peaceful, and Civic Thinking, an organization addressing students’ and professionals’ needs for leadership development and analyzing career options in an increasingly global and digital economy. Hemal completed this JD and LLM law degrees at Georgetown Law School, where he focused on corporate litigation, public interest law and national security law.
